PRISM is about

Mosaic’s brain-based survey, PRISM, is the solution to unleash ​potential, elevate self-awareness, and precisely hone in on ​objectives and goals. This innovative survey empowers ​individuals to thrive in today’s dynamic world. Unlike traditional ​psychometric instruments, PRISM provides comprehensive ​results that help individuals understand their thinking ​preferences, behavioral tendencies, and communication styles.


PRISM measures human behavioral preferences. It is not a ​personality test because sometimes, there can be differences ​between our behavior and personality. Behavior is just one of ​many factors that can affect how we behave, such as our work ​environment and past experiences.


PRISM is based on the research of many neuroscientists. ​However, PRISM takes the brain's and neuroscience's ​complexity and translates it into easy-to-understand, practical ​concepts. Please understand that our survey results and their ​explanations are based on published, peer-reviewed scientific ​journals and texts. PRISM is built on the findings of over 130 ​separate neuroscience research papers. It has proven ​extraordinarily accurate and highly useful worldwide in various ​business and educational applications. Therefore, we are ​grateful for all who have contributed to bettering our ​understanding of ourselves.

Based on the answers provided by the survey, the results ​involve the creation of a visual representation by plotting the ​eight dimensions of behavior to create a map overlaid on a ​schema to show the intensity of an individual's self-expressed ​preferences for particular behaviors and

related behavioral activities.



The PRISM schema thus provides a simplified and symbolic ​representation of the brain's functional architecture.
